Thank you - I try to mention my newsletter in every PsychicTeachers podcast episode, but don't always. I hope you'll subscribe (I don't see your name on my subscriber list) and I hope you'll visit my website to see what I'm up to! Blessings, Deb
Congratulations on your published article in Encore! I enjoyed reading it and leaned something about the history of Wilmington. I've never been to North Carolina, but your writing about Wilmington and your affection for the ocean in past reflections has piqued my curiosity.
The word "empty" has come up often these past two months as I grieve the loss of my mother and adjust to life without 24/7 caregiving. I missed my personal deadline for a March Substack publication, but am now getting my writing feet back on the ground and will have an April essay completed within a few days or so.
Oh Maggie, first, be kind to yourself (I know you know this, but it bears hearing from someone else). Give yourself permission to be wherever you are as you adjust to a different world. Grief and new ways of being take the time they need to take, so be gentle with yourself. I look forward to reading your substack whenever it arrives, and will continue to recommend it to my subscribers.
And thank you for your kind words about my writing. I consider it a privilege to be invited to participate in the great work Encore is undertaking this coming year. Hopefully, more of my work is forthcoming.
And empty - it keeps reinforcing its place in my lexicon of lessons this year! Blessings to you, Deb
How am I just now discovering that you are on Substack? I think my hope level rose just seeing your name. I love your podcast psychic teachers.
