Dear ,
Let the light in! Dance with fairies. Swim in a turquoise sea. As Solstice approaches, I’m bursting with joy as my world grows and glows with colors and fragrances, and gifts from around the planet.
So I have to ask: is the real You, the You deep inside, growing and glowing into becoming who you’re meant to be as we approach the Solstice?

The Magic of Seven
As we move toward July, the seventh month of the year, it’s a perfect time to examine how numerology works in our world every day and in the cosmos beyond.
Seven is the number of spiritual mastery. In numerology, it is the number of the mystic, the spiritual seeker. Seven is the number of contemplation, mastery of connection to one’s spirituality, and intuition. This is the number of solitude and determination in walking one’s spiritual path. As a name number, Seven denotes a scholarly, poetic nature, often inclined toward both intuition and analytics. Intuition is a strong part of your path in this lifetime. Additionally, many Seven people also are highly imaginative. Seven is the number of artists, writers, philosophers, and scholars. People with Seven as a name or life path number are inclined to the metaphysical world. They are often teachers and philosophers of metaphysics. In classical astrology, Seven is ruled by Saturn. In older European traditions, Saturn was related to seeds and harvest.
The Chariot, the seventh key in the Major arcana of Tarot, represents a turning point in The Fool’s journey to enlightenment. The Chariot is a transition key between one phase of our spiritual journey to the next. Seven is the number of cosmic mastery, of deep spiritual connection. The Chariot reminds us about hope, about a transition into a place of personal power in our lives, and about choice. Notice that, while the sphinxes appear capable of pulling the chariot in two different directions, the charioteer holds the same wand we see in the Magician key – signifying his ability to take control and determine destiny.
Everything on the planet vibrates. Various stones vibrate to certain numbers. Many stones vibrate to the number Seven, including Limb Cast. My wonderful Joel the Crystalologist recently gifted me this amazing stone.
Limb Cast is created when part of the wood structure on a tree limb has been replaced by a stone, usually Agate or Opal, over a very long time. Mine pictured here is Quartz. Limb Cast aids you in reaching a meditative state, and helps you to know when to proceed, or not, with important decisions. Crystal expert Melody says, “The Limb Cast provides an energy which is more like the fruition of a seed, than the seed itself, when it acts in love to produce one’s growth.”

Just One More Thing Before You Go: Activities for the Solstice
Whether you’re in the Northern Hemisphere celebrating Litha in the heat of summer, or in the Southern Hemisphere celebrating Yule in the cold of winter, try some of these activities to honor the shifting of the light.
Clean your house, particularly the floors. Sweep out all the stagnant energy.
Fill your house with fragrant flowers and herbs, or greenery.
Use your divination tools. Solstice is a great time for bringing to light that which you need to know!
Go outside, particularly at dusk. Watch the transition of light in the sky, paying attention to fairy rings and woodland folk.
Enjoy foods and drinks of the season. Celebrate! And fill a plate to be left outside for the wee folk. They particularly like milk mixed with honey.
Most of all, enjoy the changing light and remember that you are a beam of that light!
